Step into the Jam House on Friday (14th Nov) night from 8.30pm and celebrate the coming of the weekend. Come on, what's the alternative? X-Factor? Sure, it's pretty exciting isn't it, what with Laura getting voted out and everything... wow, the controversy. Seriously, just record it on your Sky or BT box and watch it on Sunday afternoon instead. It'll be worth it. See you there!

If you're not doing anything next Tuesday night (11th Nov), bring your bodies down to the Jazz Bar for a Tuesday night Smoking Boots Session. As usual the show starts just after 9pm and goes on til Midnight.
